Mango Passion fruit Juicing Smoothie Recipe

Mango is one fruit that is very rich in fiber, low in calories and also very rich in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Passion fruit on the other hand is a very good source of fiber and it also lower blood pressure. You can choose to have this after a workout or anytime you feel like.

Serving 1

Ingredients:

1.    1 cup of low fat milk

2.    1 small tub (80g) low fat vanilla yoghurt

3.    1 tablespoon honey

4.    1 ripe sliced mango

5.    1 passion fruit with the pulp removed.

Steps:

1.    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

NOTE: If you do not have a fresh passion fruit available, you can use 8 tablespoons canned passion fruit pulp.
