6 WAYS TO FEEL AND LOOK YOUNGER THAN OUR NORMAL AGE

6 WAYS TO FEEL AND LOOK YOUNGER THAN OUR NORMAL AGE

In the post, I have highlighted six different natural ways we can look and feel twenty years younger than our real age. If you keep to the six methods below, it will help you shed stress, decrease or erase wrinkles, boost mental sharpness, and add up more energy. Eating the right food, exercising at the proper time, adequate skin care and adequate sleeping hours will certainly slow down the effects of aging and make you feel and look younger than your normal age.

1. SLEEP MORE TO SLIM DOWN

We must make sure we sleep at least between seven to nine hours a day, for this is necessary for optimal health. Having enough rest is like going on a diet, because as we sleep our body produces an appetite suppressing chemical called Lepin, making it easier to avoid over-eating during the day. If we don’t have enough sleep, we eat more than what is necessary during the day and this can cause heart attack and diabetes because it makes us fat.

2.  EXERCISE

We need at least 2000 of cardio and weight lifting exercises to strengthen us. Walking sideways on a slanted thread-mill, doing lots of other exercises will revive our metabolism for the rest of the day.

3.  RIGHT NUTRITION

Eating the right food at the proper time can reduce the risk of heart attack, cancer, diabetes, heart disease and other forms of chronic diseases. Almonds, sweet potatoes, olive oil, lots of fruits and vegetables are what we need daily. Also note that studies have shown that eating berries lowers the threatening of developing high blood pressure, Parkinson’s disease and Dementia. Nuts and olive oil both keep the body in check against heart diseases.

4.  USE SUN SCREEN DAILY

The rays from the sun can form skin cancer and premature wrinkles. Use sunscreen while in the sun, apply a dime-sized dab of skin polish to the face and cleanse with upward circular motion. Also, you can use an anti-oxidant-rich nourisher.

5.  ALWAYS DIM THE LIGHT AT NIGHT

Make sure to switch off all lights in the room except for a dim safety light while going to sleep at night. Using the computer system, watching TV late into the night ,and leaving the full light on tricks the brain into staying awake instead of slowing down for shut-eye at bed time. Remember that having adequate sleep extends the human life.

6.  LIMIT  YOUR FOOD INTAKE TO 1,700 CALORIES PER DAY

About 60 percent diseases case, one third of cancer cases, and 90 percent of type 2 diabetes cases are linked to excess weight, which is as a result of excess food intake and calories. Eating less is a habit that we all should cultivate so that we do not dig our own graves with forks and knives.
